Cancellation Policy
Being 15 minutes late or more will result in a $15 late fee. If you are 20 minutes late or more, your appointment will be cancelled. Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance in order to reschedule and transfer your deposit. Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours or less will forfeit deposit. No call no shows will be blocked from booking, however you will have the option to pay for your service in full on the day of your missed appointment and reschedule. Full payment will be applied to your next appointment.
